When i lived near Downtown 3 years ago in 2001 to 2002 on Berendo Street in Los Angeles This building was a horrible place to live. The last two months I was there the hot water did not work. They look at it but did not replace it for two months. 70 Apartment were with out hot water for two months. The Berendo property owners I guess thought everyone is froma third world contry so we should treat them like it. I felt like we were worstless people. This would of not of happen if we lived on the West End of Los Angeles

Here is the Water heater They findly replaced after 75 famialies did not have any working hot or warm water for 2 months. It was such a health law violation. The health department came but it took so long. They new they needed to replace the water heater but waited because they did not want to spend money to maintain the property correctly. Besided what do they care third world people were living there. So why spend money to treat them like human beings.
Here is the Back end of the dirty discusting looking place I actually lived in. They only have one Garbage can for 75 Units and famialies. There was alway garbage overflowing. But why spend money on one extra garbage can when the people are third world right?
