My own miserry with this building
I am Featuring a run down apartment the poor people are forced to live. Its really quite sad how some people treat other people. The owners of this Building near downtown Los Angeles treat there tennants.
Here is the broken window to the elevator that never works. the elevater did not work 60 percent of the time 3 years ago when i lived there and did not work the day I went to visit the tenament. A few Tennants told me the elevator never works currently. There is mostly latin famlies that live there with small children and infants. They need the elevator to bring up there groceries and there baby strollers. I feel realy bad for them.
Here is one flight of stairs that are very steep. This is a four story building. I saw mothers bringing there baby strollers backwards with groceries. This is very dangerous. They never fix the elevtor to run. The owners of this apartment building on Berendo Street near downtown jerri rig the 75 year old elevator when the fix it instead of fixing it properly with new working parts. Shame on you.
Here is this terrible little button to the broken down elevator for 75 families. But why have a button when it does not work. How about all the money they are making. Each unit pays about 500 or so month.. And the wall are alway all dirty like it is here around the button.
